@Darren: I know what you mean. I first met this lady 5 years previous. She was new to her position then and seemed very casual and natural but happy. I hadn't seen her over the years until this lunch meeting in China. During this meeting she acted and appeared both sophisticated and profoundly sad. The sadness seemed to be coming from deep inside.
