@William: As I was passing through Wyoming. Thanks for the comment! dYe from Cambridge, United StatesWow, great perspective! It makes the scene very dramatic (also makes you feel like a prairie dog yourself!). 19 Apr 2007 5:47am Inès from BelgiumSo great !!! a so little animal with others so big !!! clever perspective ! 19 Apr 2007 6:52am shotzz.eu from Warsaw, Polandwow, outstanding pic, i like the perspective, the frame is perfect but i don't like this processing, because it's visible (for me it's must me invisible) 19 Apr 2007 6:57am Art Monkey from Salt Spring Island, Canadathis is a great shot - were the prarie dogs that close to the Buffalo or is it the perspective? 19 Apr 2007 7:01am @Art Monkey: This is really three different photos.: clouds, buffalo, and prairie dogs. Assembled in Photoshop. I took these shots in 2003 while traveling through Wyoming. Thanks for your comments! Yvon from Meerkerk, NetherlandsLove your prairie dogs photos, excellent pp and perspective! 19 Apr 2007 7:43am Scene by Sharon Photography from Kingston, Ontario, Canadasuch great colours - I am a huge fan of your work! 19 Apr 2007 10:14am LittleKitty from Shunfu, SingaporeThis is nice! I wish I had the chance to photograph some of these animals in the wild. All I have are monkeys =) 19 Apr 2007 12:55pm @LittleKitty: Yea, but you got great insects and crocodiles I think! :0) amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaLOVE THIS SHOT! Ok, how'd you do it?? Because I'm thinking there is no way you got even that close to the buffalo (even with your 300mm zoom). It's such a great concept... once again your creativity shines through!! 19 Apr 2007 2:21pm @amy: Thanks Amy! This is three different photos: clouds, buffalo, and prairie dogs. All shot during a road trip taken in 2003. I didn't have the ability to put them together until after reading Daniel Giordan's book recently. All three photos were taken within about 100 feet of eachother. The buffalo really were that close! But, I was even closer to the opened door of my car! :0) Dawn Sutherland from Phoenix, United StatesWow, talk about being in the perfect place at the perfect time!! Amazing shot!! 19 Apr 2007 3:40pm Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomThose Prairie dogs have cute feet. A good attempt at PP, the 3 images have worked well together 19 Apr 2007 7:05pm adalove from Alcala de Guadaira, SpainThose prairie dogs are so incredibly funny! God bless photoshop. The result here is great. 19 Apr 2007 10:48pm Anne from White Rock, CanadaAbsolutely great Photoshop work. When I lived in Alberta I should have been able to get photo's of buffalo, but I never did. Got quite a few prairie dogs though, but they looked quite insignificant compared to this. I should have had photoshop then. I don't think I even had a computer then - haha! Great work- keep on going! 19 Apr 2007 11:01pm Lydia from Ottawa, CanadaAnother great ensemble! These must be very well-feed prairie dogs, they almost look more like groundhogs than prarie dogs! 20 Apr 2007 4:23am Jerry - a moment in time [...] from Chicago, United StatesWow. Excellent composition! ... although it it's a photoshop 22 Apr 2007 4:19am |
