The fact that the vine looks dead pleses me to no end, as I am constantly trying to eradicate a similar invasive vine off my citrus trees (which it is killing). I like the nice, dry brown feeling :)

Vines!!! Aaaack! I have some vines that I've been doing battle with since I moved into this house 14+ years ago. Seeing them in this state, in this photo is somehow satisfying.
