Alamo Creek Trail and Beyond

Barb and I heard about a family of beavers damming up the creek a couple miles down. So, we headed out that way on a section of the trail I hadn't been on in quite some time. We didn't find the beavers but found the vultures and this shot on this section of the trail! We are looking forward to further searches for the beaver family next weekend.

The reflections are really great, the leaves in the distance have a snowflake shape about them, and the ones in the forgound look as if they are still hanging on the reflected tree branches. Beautifully captured Craig.

Your best chance of seeing the beavers would be at dawn or at dusk, and bring a lot of patience. Nice shot of the reflection, the yellow line makes it special.
