I like the way you've zoomed in with this series. there's something that feels almost charred about these colours. great macro - was this a tripod shot?

@vu@granby - Gilles Martineau: There are approximately 28 seeds per square inch. The number of square inches in a sunflower is calculated by pie (r) squared; where (r) is the radius of the flower. So for a 6 inch diameter sunflower I would estimate 792 seeds. Thanks for all your comments gilles! :0)
