Nicely taken shot. I think i would have preferred it taken from further back (or less zooming in) to have seen more of the falls.

@MaryP: Hi Mary. I appreciate your comment. I was in this same area about a year ago and posted this shot of the falls. I'm afraid it is a classic shot that all tourists take from this location. I wanted to do something a little different this year. I may post other shots of the falls at a later date. Thanks for all your comments Mary!

That is a splendid waterfall shot. A dash of originality. Away from the ordinary full falls shot.

I love waterfall shots, but as Mary said I think I would have preferred something else in the picture to give it a sense of scale. I do appreciate zooming in to catpure a different view though (I did the same here). Nice shot.....

Coming near a stream or waterfall can work very well. The goal is to find an anchor like a branch, a leaf or something special in the shape of a rock...
