Les from Lincoln, United StatesFabulous shot! I don't believe I've ever seen one this close-up! They really do have long eye lashes, don't they? And those ears! Gads! ;) 23 Nov 2008 5:17am Gary from Cochise County, United StatesLooks innocent enough , But I've been fooled before. Outstanding close-up. 23 Nov 2008 5:33am @Michael Rawluk: This was a couple hours after the ordeal I wrote about earlier. The handlers succeeded in separating him from the rest of the giraffes. He was waiting for us to return from the safari. As our Jeep passed underneath him, I fired off this shot. It was almost like he was telling me to tell the world of his troubles. The last post on this issue comes tomorrow. MaryP from Aberdeenshire, United KingdomLovely shot. What beautiful eyelashes they have. 23 Nov 2008 9:28am Betty from New Jersey, United StatesIt has beautiful eyes and a wonderful expression. Great shot! 23 Nov 2008 11:33am Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomI wouldn't liked to be gobbed on by this troublemaker. 23 Nov 2008 11:37am willow from Chelsea, United StatesThese animals are so gentle and so graceful despite their not-so-aerodynamic body shape. Your image captures the essence of "giraffe" in his expression. Beautiful. 23 Nov 2008 2:34pm MJ from Delaware, United StatesIt is in the smile you can just see the devil in those lips..... He is so adorable...great shot 23 Nov 2008 9:46pm Jen from Alpharetta, United StatesWell hello there!!!! 24 Nov 2008 1:54am Ronnie 2¢ from London, United KingdomI don't think he wants to see you go . . . 24 Nov 2008 11:01pm |
