But, it doesn't. Resizing and compression give it that illusion. I just wish you could see it in a larger format. In fact, if anyone wants to see this in a larger format, send me your email address via the contact form along with your screen resolution and I'll send you a copy to fit your desktop! Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaIndeed I can be humble faced with this masterpiece ;) 30 Apr 2009 2:47pm Bill Jennings from Bay Area California, United StatesThe beige streak running through the image is quite unique and compelling. Amazing sedimentary rock here. Great image. 30 Apr 2009 6:40pm Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomThe geology is impressive, kust look at that line of pale rock 30 Apr 2009 7:17pm Ronnie 2¢ from London, United KingdomOne to sit and stare at . . that is one beautiful landscape out there. 30 Apr 2009 7:23pm Gary from Cochise County, United StatesGood job on this Craig. I love Death Valley. Been going there for 20 years. I like the whole series. Your Owens Valley stuff too, another favorite. How long did you go for?? I hope there is more to the series. 30 Apr 2009 8:39pm @Gary: Thanks for the compliment Gary! I was only in the valley for two days and two nights. But, since I had been there before, I went back to my favorite places to photograph them with my new camera and lens systems. So I covered a lot of ground in those two days. I only wish I could post my photographs in a larger format so others could see them the same way I do. I just received my first print in a 24 X 30" format and it even blows my mind! I'm going to hold a "reverse" photography workshop in Death Valley next February. Hope you can make it! observing from North West, United KingdomOne of the nicest landscape shots I've ever seen. ! 1 May 2009 12:22am Bookfool from Mississippi, United StatesAnother great one.
