I'm sensing a tomato sandwich for lunch today! :0)

Tomato Sandwich:

2 slices white bread
1 home grown tomato
salt
Loads of finely ground black pepper
mayonnaise

The secret to a great tomato sandwich is sufficient mayonnaise and loads of pepper. The tomato needs to literally be covered in the pepper.
